Monthly sessions for Young Carers to build skills & confidence through art, music, movement and drama in a fun relaxed environment.

A place to hang out and meet other young people who have a caring role. In our safe space, delivered in partnership with Family Action, you can access peer support and extra advice.

Join us and breathe, relax and have fun. A Young Carer’s practitioner is also available at the sessions to offer advice and support.

This group is open to any Playhouse Youth participant who is also a Young Carer.
